Yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, the Diego Salinas Building hosted the presentation of the story “Valérie and the Crocodile with the Colored Teeth”, the work of San Roque native Daniel Sánchez Fonseca, under the pseudonym Vavo Dafo. The mayor, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, attended the event, organized by the Library Network, and included in the presentation the deputy mayor responsible for this department, Mónica Córdoba, the author of the story and the person responsible for the illustrations, Pau Mandroska.
At the presentation of the story, which took place in the Assembly Hall of the municipal building with a large audience, Mónica Córdoba welcomed those present, especially the children, as it was a special day.
He said that “we can finally present the story of 'Valérie and the Crocodile with the Colored Teeth' written by our neighbor Daniel Sánchez Fonseca. I wanted to publicly thank you for choosing the Library Network, your home, for this first presentation here today.”
The councilor also wanted to highlight the illustrator Pau Mandroska, “who has the art of drawing and design in her DNA and in a children's story it adds much more, so congratulations on the designs you have made for this story,” she added. .
